Energy efficiency improvements imperative

China Electrical Equipment Industry Association vice president, director of the Beijing Machinery Industry Electrotechnical Institute of Economic Research Guo Yan clear in articulating its importance, distribution transformers and energy efficiency improvements are important means to achieve national energy saving.
